It is my vision to make movement a way of life with ease by rewriting the script that exercise is used to gain or release emotions instead of used to reach a superficial physical goal. I believe there is nothing more beautiful than feeling deeply connected to your own body. Feeling every sensation, understanding the language that it speaks to you and letting emotions run free through movement. A journey within is a journey of self-discovery. 

As your holistic yoga teacher, I don't only guide you through element yoga classes during our workshops & retreats, I also work with somatic embodiment exercises in order to strengthen the connection between your mind and body. Let me help you feel good in your own skin by combining movement with mindfulness.

I not only want you to find joy in movement but to feel yourself and understand the language of your body to empower you to go your own way.


Exercise has always been my outlet. I used different exercises & team sports as a form of escape, emotional expression & support. Life took a toll on me as my step father passed away a few years ago. I was forced to confront myself with deep grief, showed signs of early depression and was in search for therapeutic help. My psychologist was helping me gain mental awareness, whilst I used exercise as a form of emotional release. However my mental and physical practices weren't aligned, which meant I wasn't processing my trauma properly. I realised I had to take responsibility for my own health in order to heal and went on my personal healing journey. Holistic yoga helped me take a look within and form the bridge between my mental & physical wellbeing. I realised home is not a place, it's a feeling of deep connection to myself: my mind, my body & my soul!

I work with the mind, body, soul connection on a daily basis whilst teaching and within my own practice. Through Kairos we have developed holistic training concepts which sustainably support you to become the happiest & healthiest version of yourself: a work-in & work-out. I am so blessed to be able to accompany other beautiful souls on their personal healing journey whilst applying my knowledge & experience as a holistic yoga teacher & embodiment coach.
