Our goal is to be the primary contact for women in Germany when it comes to holistic mental, physical, and emotional well-being. As a leading provider of holistic experience-based trainings and coachings, we create an oasis for growth—a welcoming space that cuts through the confusion of ineffective, symptom-focused health solutions. Instead, we empower women with sustainable, root-cause-based approaches, helping them achieve real, lasting transformation for their mind, body, and soul.

FOUNDERS STORY
When we first met, we clicked instantly. Little did we know that this friendship would turn out to be a joint soul journey for life and that we would found a business together in which we put all of our love and energy. The holistic wellness approach of Kairos consists of the facets how we both complement each other. No one could do this alone - Jenny brings all her expertise around movement into the business and Julia complements this with her therapy knowledge. Together we form an holistic wellness concept that enables people to achieve their highest potential of physical and mental health.
